At FitsnDrip, your satisfaction is our priority.
That is why we offer you the possibility to return your order or request a refund within 14 days after receiving your package.
We want you to order with peace of mind, knowing that you can contact us if necessary.

Photos of the item, if necessary
We will then provide you with the address of our collection point so that you can return your item.
Returns are possible in the following cases:

If the item received is defective (hole, stain, torn seam).

If the size received does not match the size ordered.

If the item delivered is not the item you ordered (different model or color).
In these specific cases, we will send you a new item free of charge, without requiring the defective item to be returned.
To guarantee the quality of our products for all our customers, we apply certain conditions for accepting returns:

The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and untried, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the packaging must not be opened.

Any attempt to use, try on, or damage the product will make the return or refund invalid.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return or process a refund.
The following situations are not eligible for return:

Items that have been opened, tried on, or worn

Returns due to change of mind (“I don’t like the color”, “It’s not my style”, etc.)
